Orders & Delivery
All our coats and jackets are made by hand to order and whilst we aim to turn around orders within 3 – 4 weeks this can sometimes take longer at busy times.
All orders are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery and there is no additional postage fee for this service.
We deliver to all addresses in the UK but, unfortunately, do not offer international shipping at this time.
Should an order left in a requested/designated ‘safe place’ be damaged or stolen, we regret that we cannot be held responsible and that any insurance for these items would be invalid. Nor are we able to refund or replace any items tracked as delivered or signed for, but will assist you in any claims made against Royal Mail.

Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will refund you in full, providing you notify us with 14 days of receipt and return it within 28 days.
In the first instance please contact us either by phone on 01706 538598 or via email to enquiries@thehuntcoatcompany.co.uk to let us know you are returning it.

Please make sure it is well packaged and in its original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in the condition they were sent or are damaged.
We recommend that you use ‘Royal Mail Recorded Delivery’ when returning goods as we are unable to provide a refund if your returned package is lost in the post. The return postage cost must be met by the customer unless the garment was not as specified or defective in any way.
